Robyn learnt early on the importance of communicating appropriately with and upskilling her patients and their families in order to get the best carry over from therapy. She has extensive experience working with children with special needs, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Robyn has an additional interest and experience in Medicolegal Practice and hopes to make a lasting difference in this sector. She has a passion for working with babies, in the NICU and with children from disadvantaged backgrounds. She has a strong sense of duty to the community, providing therapy and support within the practices for orphaned children and families that cannot afford intervention.
Storme has always had a passion for children and having the opportunity to work in paediatrics in her community service year reaffirmed her desire to work with children. Storme’s special interests are children with disabilities as well as Respiratory Muscle Training, and she is driven by the smiles she is greeted with, regardless of the kind of day they may be having. Storme feels that her greatest reward as a paediatric physiotherapist is seeing the children’s excitement and joy in completing, sometimes, the simplest task.
Gabi’s initial experience taught her the importance of patient education, time management and record keeping. In 2017, Gabriella moved to Johannesburg to join H.O.P.E Studio and to pursue a career in Paediatric Physiotherapy, with a special interest in Neurology and Sports. Gabriella continues to show a keen interest in infant care and appropriate musculoskeletal development in children of all ages. She also enjoys working with children of all levels of abilities or disabilities.
